Pat Crusenberry is a Life Member of the NVAR Top Producers and a full-time Realtor who combines extensive marketing experience with a deep knowledge of the Alexandria community, where she has been a long-time resident. She is committed to helping clients buy, sell, and lease with confidence, always bringing a thoughtful balance of professionalism and personal connection to every transaction.
Before her career in real estate, Pat worked as a secondary school teacher at the Singapore American School and later as a Sales and Systems Engineer with IBM Corporation. These experiences sharpened her skills in problem-solving, communication, and client service—qualities her clients continue to benefit from today.
Dedicated to professional excellence, Pat has earned the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) designation, as well as recognition as an Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). She is also an active member of the National, State, and Northern Virginia Associations of Realtors.
Pat holds a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University, an M.Ed. from the University of Pittsburgh, and an M.A. from George Washington University, reflecting her lifelong commitment to education and growth.
